Participation
Each country may enter in each weight category:
- one (1) competitor.
The countries participating in the Taekwondo
competitions must bring with their delegation
and at their own cost, the following international
judges:
– if entering five (5) or more competitors:
one (1) international WTF referee.
Delegation
Each country is authorised to enter a maximum
of twenty-one (21) persons from which sixteen
(16) competitors (8 men and 8 women) and five
(5) officials.
Countries must provide the Organising Committee,
three (3) month before the Championship with
the name of two (2) international referees (1
effective + 1 non-travelling substitute). Any
country failing to fulfil this obligation will
pay a fee per referee or judge to the Organising
Committee.

The competitors must be born between January
1st, 1980 and December 31st, 1990.
